| Mary Jane Eveleigh was born in Talaton, Devon c1847, daughter of Francis Eveleigh and Elizabeth Symes. In 1873 she married William Maddock and they had 7 children. Tragically, William died in a railway accident in 1885 and Mary Jane was left to bring up the children. |
